If you know that you would like us to make the stationery for your wedding, but aren't quite ready to place your order, placing a deposit will guarantee & reserve your chosen space in our design diary for 2012 or 2013 weddings. Our diary fills up fast from January - March and from June - September so please bear this in mind when you work back from your wedding date!

Deposits are deducted from your order total when you come to place your order in full. Please note that if you decide not to go ahead once you've already booked this diary space, the deposit is non-refundable.

When you check out with this item please state in the notes field (either in Paypal or use the 'colour theme' box in the basket) the approximate time when you would like to receive your stationery. We'll then contact you to confirm everything and ask a few further details such as approximate quantities to make sure we can allocate enough time in our diary for setting everything up, preparing proofs and making the stationery. You do not have to give exact quantities at this time but please try to give a realistic estimate. Numbers can go up or down nearer the time.

As a guide we recommend invitations are sent out at least 2-3 months before your wedding date, often sooner if it is a popular time of year or in holiday season. On the day stationery items are usually prepared between 4 and 8 weeks prior to the wedding date itself so you can ensure guests are finalised and any wording agreed with your venue or minister.
